Samer Bou Ghanem – CEO
Mr. Samer Bou Ghanem brings over twenty years of experience in real estate construction, with a strong focus on multi-family residential development. Since 2003, he has been actively involved in building projects in Calgary, developing extensive expertise in both wood-frame and concrete construction, and is now actively engaged in real estate development in Montreal.
Mr. Samer Bou Ghanem is the Director and majority shareholder of Chelsea Sky’s, a company recognized for its commitment to quality, state-of-the-art design, and environmentally conscious green construction practices that promote longevity and minimize waste in both architecture and finishing. His hands-on approach to legal oversight and procurement ensures precise, well-executed project delivery for his clients.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Francis University, where he also developed a strong passion for real estate development while immersed in one of the world’s most competitive, high-value markets.
Samer is able to articulate in depth the vision and execution behind past projects such as Lucida, as well as upcoming developments like Fleury Terraces.
Outside of the office, Samer cherishes spending meaningful time with his wife and his 11 year old son, with whom he shares a close and active bond.
He also enjoys consulting on new developments and continuously expanding his knowledge by exploring innovative building techniques through travel.
Mr. Hatata – CFO
Mr. Ahmed Hatata is a Commercial & Construction Financing Specialist with over ten years of experience in Real Estate Financing and Business Development. After acquiring his Business Degree from Mount Royal University, he founded Green Mortgage Solutions as Managing Broker. He is also a Senior Partner at Chelsea Sky’s Inc. Development and Project Management holding the position of CFO, managing all financial matters with lenders and investors.

Ahmed’s experience and roles have allowed him to build a dedicated client base that stretches from Vancouver to New York. In his spare-time Ahmed enjoys mentoring new Associates, watching and playing soccer, as well as travelling and experiencing new cultures.

Mr. Saad – Director Project and Construction Management
Mr. Saad acquired his Bachelor of Engineering degree Program in Civil Engineering, with over 30 years of extensive industry experience, including significant work in Montreal.
Mr. Saad is the orchestra conductor of our organization. He is the bridge between various teams, clients, and upper management, making sure everything and everyone moves in harmony. He is the one who pulls together all the disparate threads into a cohesive, successful project. His multidimensional skills oversee projects from start to finish. That includes technical knowledge, planning, implementation, controlling, monitoring, and team leadership.
